Seismograph Damascus with Elk Antler
Here is a nice little drop point hunter. I was originally attempting to do a high layer count W pattern to feather but it did not turn out the way it should. Instead it gave me a neat looking seismograph pattern. Sometimes things turn out for the best. The blade is made from 1095/15N20 damascus. Fixtures are 416SS with copper spacers. A black dyed maple spacer is in front of the Elk antler handle. All topped off with a domed 416 pommel. Blade is 5" with an OAL of 9.5.
HIgh Density Radial with Silvervine
This is a blade I have had around for a few years and finally had a customer interested in finishing it out. He chose Stabilized Silvervine for the handle and it really turned out great. The guard and pommel are the same material as the blade. A large radial on the guard aligns wit one on the blade making it look like a seamless transition. The blade is 8" with an OAL of 13"
