Welded steel in a low contrast pattern welded 1075 and saw steel. Over 1000 layers patterned to enhance the Hamon. Clay backed and quenched then polished and etched to accentuate the activity. Fixtures are wrought Iron, handle is Brown Dyed and Stabilized Curly Maple.
